Red Robin Tonight!

Don't forget to stop by Red Robin tonight for dinner or dessert. Come between 5pm and 8pm and mention you are with Panorama and they'll give 10% back to our school. The class with the most participation gets a rootbeer float party! In addition, some of the teachers (including Mrs. Turner) have volunteered to serve drinks and french fries so you might even see your teacher! We hope to see you there!

Rodeo Parade

This Saturday is the Dixie Roundup Parade. Students will wear their green Panorama school t-shirts and jeans (shorts, pants, or capris) and cowboy hats (if they have one). Students will be walking the parade route singing our school song.

Line up time is 4:00pm and the parade starts at 5:00pm. Meet at the School District parking lot. We will be at the very being of the parade. The parade route runs along Tabernacle Street, starts at 200 West and goes east to 400 East.

Please email Mandy (amanda.taylor02@yahoo.com) if your child is interested in being in the parade. To help with crowd control, we are asking that parents be at the parade to help. We will need parents help:
  • at the drop off area to help check in students and practice the song
  • in the parade to walk with the students and keep them in line
  • at the pick up area to help check out students and wait for parents
Thanks for your help.

PTA Budget

Welcome Back!

I hope you are having a great summer. It’s hard to believe that school will be starting just around the corner. I am so excited for this year! The PTA has some great things planned to strengthen our school and help our students. I am happy to announce that we have met our goal! With your help and support over the last few years, we have earned enough to purchase the playground shades. A special thanks to Chris Felder and Sea Glass Pools for donating time, labor, and supplies, to help make this happen. Now our  students will have an awesome shaded place to play. Come celebrate with us at our “Picnic Under the Shade”.

I’d like to also encourage all of you to get involved at Panorama. We can’t make things happen without your help. Teachers need your help in the classroom. Please plan on volunteering in at least 3 areas. At Back-to-School Night, each teacher will send around a clipboard for you to sign-up on. The teachers will LOVE you and appreciate your help and support. And we always need help with the school activities. Enclosed is a sign-sheet for school activities. This doesn’t mean you have to sign your life away. It just gives us an idea of what you’d like to help with. When the activity comes up, we’ll call you, see if you’d still like to help, and go from there. I have truly loved being involved and being a part of my children’s school life.
